A single private hour with Elisa — mat, apparatus, breath, and honest conversation, shaped entirely around you.
An invigorating, attentive session of Pilates woven with mindful coaching and hypnotherapy tools when they serve you. We move through mat and apparatus work at the pace your body asks for — building strength, restoring range, and deepening the quiet conversation between mind and body.
