We want you to feel confident investing in your practice. Our refund policy is straightforward.

Single sessions

Single sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are fully refundable or may be rescheduled at no charge.

Packages

Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis (the number of sessions used, charged at the single-session rate, subtracted from the total paid) within 30 days of purchase.
